Meet the UbicaTours Team

Jenn Jeffers is the founder of UbicaTours and a lifelong champion of access, equity, and transformative learning. She began her career as a Spanish teacher in rural Louisiana, where she dreamed of creating opportunities for students to experience the world beyond their classrooms. Over the past decade, Jenn has partnered with schools, teachers, school leaders, and nonprofit organizations across Louisiana to make international learning experiences accessible for all. Through UbicaTours, Jenn has witnessed firsthand the powerful impact of travel: participants return more confident, curious, and globally aware, and groups come home stronger and more connected. She is dedicated to creating journeys that are more than trips—they are adventures with meaning and opportunities to travel with purpose, sparking growth that lasts long after the return flight.
